Peter Begley - President - Talent
As President of EdgeRock Technology Partners, Peter is responsible for the growth, vision, strategy, and leadership of EdgeRock. Peter has over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience in the public and private markets managing organizations from startups to corporations with over $200 million in revenue. He brings significant experience as a founder and senior executive in several successful early and late stage technology ventures in the business services space. In each of these, Peter has played key roles in developing and executing growth strategies.

Matt Murray - Vice President of Sales
Matt is a founder and the Vice President of Sales at EdgeRock. He has 22 years’ experience in sales, 20 of which have been focused in the ERP Staff Augmentation industry. As Vice President of Sales, Matt oversees all strategic sales activities and the Go to Market Strategy at EdgeRock. He oversees and manages EdgeRock’s sales team in our four locations while identifying client needs and managing large, complex business & technology programs in order to deliver viable solutions.
Matt is an integral part of all client facing sales activities and strongly believes that trust and respect must always be earned with existing and prospective clients. Matt’s strengths lie in his ability to quickly identify client needs and to effectively communicate value-added strategy in order to achieve these needs. Moreover, he maintains ethical and transparent communication with all internal employees, consultants, and clients.
Matt graduated from Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island. He received a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing.

Tim Gibbons - Vice President of Delivery

Tim Gibbons is a founder and the Vice President of Delivery at EdgeRock. As the Vice President of Delivery, Tim is responsible for growing and managing our entire recruiting team and its practice leads as well as ensuring the strength and qualification of our network. Tim is also responsible for onboarding new recruiters and providing daily tactical training.
Tim has 10 years’ experience in recruiting and sales, which have all been focused in the ERP staff augmentation industry. Prior to EdgeRock, he held roles as a recruiter and account manager at national staffing firms where he was responsible for client facing sales activities, business development, and territory management.
Tim graduated from Northeastern University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Management.

Anthony Martell - Vice President of Operations
Vice President of Operations
Anthony Martell is the Vice President of Operations for EdgeRock Technology Partners. His role is focused around strategic planning, improving enterprise efficiency, and supporting the growth of the organization by leveraging a data-driven performance management strategy. With a passion for data, mentorship, and coaching, his new role suits EdgeRock’s initiatives to optimize operational excellence to provide a superior experience for both our clients and technology professionals that choose EdgeRock as their trusted partner.
Anthony joined EdgeRock in 2008 and has mastered many different positions over the years. He started his career as a Selling Branch Manager and quickly became a top producer. He played a key role in growing the Tampa team and expanding the overall operations for EdgeRock. In 2013 he became our Senior Director of Training and Performance Management and created a centralized process for scaling the organization through improved talent acquisition, onboarding and metrics-based performance management. Most recently, Anthony has advanced as EdgeRock’s Vice President of Operations and will continue to assist in the growth and transformation of EdgeRock.
Anthony attended The Ohio State University and is an active alum. He is active in his local community and is a member of the National Youth Sports Coaches Association and regularly coaches youth sports.

Alex Breitmaier joined EdgeRock in 2010 and has held many different roles throughout the years. Currently, he is the General Manager of our Tampa and Phoenix offices. Alex is responsible for the management and operations of Sales and Recruiting in both locations. Alex develops the business strategy for the team as well as mentors and trains his team and new hires.
Alex graduated from the University of Amherst with a BS in Business Management. He escaped the harsh New England weathers and now lives in Florida with his family.

Erin Johnson - Practice Lead
Erin joined EdgeRock as a Technical Recruiter on the Oracle Team and was quickly promoted to Practice Lead on the Oracle Team. Erin is responsible for training, mentoring, and managing a team of technical recruiters. She is also responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and providing seasoned independent consultants to clients who utilize Oracle EBS technologies. Erin acts a liaison between EdgeRock’s clients and her consultants, from helping to define upcoming Oracle EBS project needs, through interviews, and with successful placements and project completion.
Erin graduated from Stonehill College, where she received a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology with a focus in Industrial Psychology/Human Resources.

Chris Carmona - Practice Lead
Chris is the PeopleSoft Practice Lead in Boston. He began as a technical recruiter and through his dedication and strong work ethic, was quickly promoted to his current role. Prior to becoming Practice Lead in the Boston office, Chris was instrumental in opening our Arizona office and expanding EdgeRock’s West Coast presence. He is responsible for making powerful connections with both consultants and clients in the PeopleSoft space. He collaborates with his fellow recruiters and Client Services Managers in order to identify the best talent in the industry. Chris is also responsible for managing the production of the PeopleSoft team, ensuring the team is on track and fulfilling requirements.

Scott delivers high caliber resources to leverage his clients’ technical investments. In addition to his daily duties, Scott trains and mentors new members of the PeopleSoft team in Boston.

In addition, Alexandra maintains relationships with her vast network of consultants and stays updated on PeopleSoft industry trends.
Alexandra graduated from the University of South Florida with a BA in Communication and a focus in Public Advocacy. Tim Wilga - Sales Director
Tim joined EdgeRock as a Client Services Manager and was recently promoted to Sales Director. He is responsible for identifying and qualifying clients that oversee large-scale projects, exclusively in the PeopleSoft & BI space. Tim helps to qualify budgets and timelines with these projects and provides top tier resource needs. In addition, Tim mentors new hires in the Tampa office.
Tim flew south for school and attended the University of Tampa where he received a BA in Business Management. When Tim is not in work mode, he is giving back to his alma mater and community. He is a member of the University of Tampa Alumni Association, a member of Tampa Club Sports, and volunteers at the Children’s Cancer Center in Tampa.

Steve Boardman - Practice Lead
Steve joined EdgeRock as a technical recruiter in Boston and helped start our Arizona office where he was quickly promoted to a PeopleSoft Practice Lead. Steve helps grow EdgeRock’s network of qualified consultants through sourcing, networking, and interviewing. He is responsible for understanding client requirements and matching those needs with his consultants’ skill sets. In addition, Steve mentors and trains the new hires in the Arizona office in order to ensure their success.

Anne-Marie joined EdgeRock shortly after its inception as a technical recruiter and is now EdgeRock’s Practice Director. As SAP Practice Lead, Josh is the liaison between the sales and recruiting teams, ensuring that there is constant collaboration and flow of information. He is responsible for managing the production of the SAP team in Boston as well as mentoring and training employees on best practices. Josh is a player and a coach with an eagerness to mentor others while succeeding in his own book of business.

Michael Raymer - Practice Lead
Michael is one of EdgeRock’s Practice Leads in our Tampa office. He is responsible for managing and mentoring a team of SAP recruiters. In addition, Michael works directly with our Client Services Managers to assist in the placements of senior-level independent consultants. He is responsible for developing recruitment strategies, identifying talent needs, sourcing candidates, and counseling consultants throughout their assignments.
Michael attended the University of South Florida and Majored in Special Education. It was there that he discovered his innate ability to build strong, lasting professional relationships and decided to make a move towards the professional business sector. When Michael is not dedicating his time and efforts to EdgeRock you will find him spending quality time with his family or supporting various charities such as St. Jude’s, American Cancer Society, the Wounded Warrior Project, Children’s Cancer Center and AmVets.
