Our leadership team imagined a company that was a hybrid of staffing and traditional consulting, where the company could augment ERP projects with trusted experts. They wanted these relationships formed on mutual value and respect with best practices that would be pro-active rather than reactive. Their culture was based on integrity, focus, improvement, teamwork, and fun – the company’s core values today. These dreams all became reality in 2005 when EdgeRock was born, and to this day the company strives to remain true to the ideals on which it was founded.
