Delivery Specialists in Boston, Tampa, and Phoenix

Overview

This role is perfect for those who have an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for creating and maintaining relationships. The Delivery Specialist will be responsible for building a base of candidates on a national level by interviewing and qualifying prospective talent in a phone-based environment. They will work closely with the business development team to place top quality candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and maintain relationships with consultants
  • Conduct detailed interviews with consultants to understand their work history and to properly position them with our clients
  • Negotiate and close placement opportunities with consultants in various national positions
  • Effectively communicate via telephone in a high-volume environment
  • Ensure consultant satisfaction through ongoing communication and feedback
  • Source candidates through referrals, client communication, social media, and database searches
  • Communicate with clients to conduct reference checks on all consultants
  • Facilitate the processing of all necessary paperwork such as employee documents and files
  • Collaborate with the sales team to actively track consultants’ availability for presentation to our clients

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of recruiting experience preferred
  • Driven by the potential to make uncapped income
  • Effective, enthusiastic, and well-developed phone skills
  • Competitive and self-motivated
  • Demonstrated effective negotiation and closing techniques
  • Positive and collaborative attitude and high energy level
  • Results and incentive driven; motivated to meet long and short-term goals
