<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Prospecting for direct hire leads from within our internal CRM database, as well as developing external lead generation sources</li>
<li>Working with Hiring Managers to identify and meet high-end, direct hire (permanent) IT staffing needs</li>
<li>Sourcing qualified IT candidates on a national scale from internal and external recruiting sources</li>
<li>Pre-screening and qualifying potential IT candidates</li>
<li>Conducting phone interviews</li>
<li>Conducting candidate reference checks</li>
<li>Scheduling interviews and all necessary meetings between candidates and clients</li>
<li>Maintaining timely and full documentationof all recruiting activities and conversations with candidates and clients within our internal CRM database</li>
<li>Presenting candidates to Hiring Managers, applying high quality standards and an in depth understanding of the candidate</li>
<li>Facilitating and negotiating the Company&#8217;s agreements with candidates and clients</li>

<p><strong>Requirements &amp; Skills:</strong></p>

<li>2 or more years of experience in corporate or angency recruiting position</li>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree preferred</li>
<li>Excellent written and oral(phone) communication skills</li>
<li>IT knowledge and/or IT background beneficial</li>
