Oracle is now offering new features in PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) 9.1 designed to support global payment standards (SEPA), improve employee visibility into their total compensation, support established standards for Learning Management, and facilitates deployment of PeopleSoft Time & Labor.
These features are being made available as part of Oracle’s Feature Packs delivery method, which underscores its commitment to provide fresh functionality between major releases. The new features in PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM help customers on the current release tackle their pressing HR and business challenges in a more immediate timeframe.
